The north point egg ball has a fascinating taste and fllavour as it is one of the most popular egg ball shop in Hong Kong. The bag used to hold the egg balls have holes in it so that the steam from the egg ball would not soften the egg ball making it crunchy. This shop is really famous as you can see from the picture below that many hong kong celebrities and magazines have come to the shop to buy the egg balls. There are ususally many people qeuing up to buy the egg ball, it will tak you 30-45 mins if there are a lot of people, but if there are only a few people it will only take 5-15 mins. You can also see from the picture below that many egg ball mold is in used as they have to make a lot of egg balls to handle the amount of people. Have you ever wonder why it is so good? Its because it is both crunch and soft , one side of the egg ball is hollow so that you can feel the crunch, and the otherside will allow you to feel the flavour of the egg. The price of the egg ball is $15, its price is higher then other shops,even tough it is more expensive, it is totally worth it aas it is better then the other shops.

My last thought is that they might have added some secret ingredient to increase its flavor, not just using egg. I think it is coconut so that the smell and taste is more unique.
